The fascination began early; a small boy started to see images as separate clippings of reality and could hold them still in his mind for quite a long time; those images were captivating, alluring and there was never enough of them. Am I the only one who can see them? Would it be possible to preserve them forever; so that everybody else could see?
From his images a powerful message can be clearly read – the world is a wonderful place and I can prove it.
Answering these questions has never abandoned Greg and his photographic career has led him to a variety of answers. And the answers came in stages: the first camera, the first wildlife photograph, the first professional model, the first foreign assignment. The crystallizing process of Greg’s areas of fascination was evolving along with acquiring new skills and experiences; every visited place, every new setting, every model, every vision nurtured Greg’s mind.
Now Greg is a fully grown photographer with a clearly defined role for his pictures. We can see fascination and joy, tranquility and beauty, simplicity and complexity emerging from his images. They are full of meaning and unspoken messages; a starting point for an emotional and intellectual journey for every curious mind.
Can all people see that the world is a beautiful place? Greg is still looking for the answer; and we can all benefit from his search.
